Return Policy

You have the possibility of returning or exchanging the products received if they do not match your expectations or are the wrong size.

 

In the event of an exchange with a less expensive product, we will reimburse the difference to you. Please message us about the exchange as soon as possible - sizes sell out very quickly and we don’t want to keep you waiting for too long until we craft more.

 

If you wish to return the shoes and receive a full refund, please send us a message within 14 days of receiving the product through the contact form on the website (see the Contact Us section).

 

Please specify:

- Your full name and address

- Order number

- Name of the account holder, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC number, bank name and the city and country of the bank where you wish the amount refunded

- Reason for return (this helps us improve our products for you and your baby).

 

You will receive a confirmation message shortly with the address where to return the products.

We will expect the items shipped to us within 7 days of sending you the address. If we will not receive a proof of postage within the time frame, we will consider the trade as accepted.

 

Make sure all returned products are exactly as you received them, with the identification tag still attached. Mamou cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn. 

The original price paid for the product(s) will be credited within 14 days from receiving your return package. Transportation costs will not be credited. please note that depending on the payment processing duration at your bank the creditation might take some additional days.

We highly recommend using a mail service which is tracked or confirmed. Lost packages cannot be refunded.
